Research on home technology to support people with Type 2 Diabetes
University of Bristol is developing exciting new technology for the home which could help support people with Type 2 Diabetes in the future.
We are looking for people aged 18 plus with Type 2 and adults who live with them to get involved in a study.
Participants must live with one or more people in an adult-only household to take part. The study can accept households of up to four people.
What will I have to do?
You and others who live with you will be invited to a series of workshops to help decide which technology would be most beneficial to have in your home. This will then be trialled in your household for up to two months.
As a thank you, vouchers will be given to each household member for every workshop they attend as well as travel costs.
There will also be vouchers given for every interview in the home during the study - as well as payment towards your electricity bill.
